Our partnership with Red de Guardianes de Semillas of Ecuador is the main driver of our organization. We have worked towards connecting them with North American organizations for the first time and brought new seed varieties to Ecuador that have been distributed throughout their network. This organization has been working since 2002 to develop a connection with the indigenous communities, farmers, and chefs not only in Ecuador but throughout South America. It is through our projects and partnership we hope to continue to raise awareness of the current systemic agricultural issues that are affecting farmers and communities in Ecuador, South American and across the globe.
